Eligibility Criteria
There are no specific courses required as preparation for the first-year courses leading to enrolment in a Jewish Studies program. Students with a background in any language taught at the Centre for Jewish Studies (e.g., Hebrew or Yiddish) may take placement tests in order to enter straight into advanced-level courses. Students interested in pursuing a program in Jewish Studies should apply to the humanities admission category on the St. George campus. This requires at least six senior high school credits (Grade 12 U or M courses in the Ontario school system) including English 4U.
