Eligibility Criteria
Students must indicate on their university application that they
wish to pursue studies in Commerce at the University of Toronto.
For Rotman Commerce, the following requirements are needed:
?Completion of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent,
with six Grade 12 U/M subjects including English 4U and Calculus
& Vectors 4U. * * It is expected that all students will have
completed Advanced Functions as a co-requisite or prerequisite for
Calculus & Vectors. However, in calculating your ?best six?
average, the Faculty of Arts & Science will use the top four
highest marks after ENG4U and MCV4U. ?Mid 80’s average plus
completion of an on-line application profile, listing
extracurricular activities such as sports, music, clubs, and work
experience. A 300-word personal statement will also be required.
Note: Please be advised that due to the high number of qualified
applicants, meeting the minimum average may not guarantee an offer
of admission. ?If a course is repeated, we will consider all grades
attained, and students will be asked on the profile the reason(s)
for any course repetitions.
