Eligibility Criteria
To gain admission to the Faculty of Arts and Science, you will need at least six senior high school credits (Grade 12 U or M courses in the Ontario school system) including English 4U. In order to complete the mathematics courses required in all economics programs, you will also require Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U). Students apply to an admission category. There are various admission categories for Economics depending on your intended program of study which you will apply for at the end of first year. Here is a list of admission categories. Students outside of Ontario should have the equivalent senior high school credits.
