Eligibility Criteria
A complete Manitoba Grade 12
English 40G/40S or equivalent
Consumer/Essential Math 40S or equivalent.
Where Consumer/Essential Math 40S is listed as the minimum, Applied and Pre-calculus Math 40S will, of course, be acceptable.
Although Consumer/Essentials Mathematics 40S is a minimum requirement for this program, it is strongly recommended that applicants have a background in Pre-Calculus Mathematics to a Grade 11 level.
For students intending to continue with further training in the Power Engineering field, Pre-Calculus Mathematics 40S and Physics 40S are strongly recommended.
English is the language of instruction at ACC. All applicants educated outside of Canada, or a country not on the test-exempt list, are expected to meet the English language proficiency requirement.
If you do not meet the entrance requirements, you may apply as a special admissions applicant.
If you don’t have a Manitoba Grade 12 or equivalent, ACC’s Adult Collegiate can help you achieve a Mature Student High School Diploma, complete your regular High School Diploma to meet admission requirements, or increase your competitiveness in the job market.
